The plots of land benefit from an exceptional country allying argilo-calcareous ground for Syrah and Grenache and pebbles rolled for the Chardonnay.

Grenache
Important constituent of the AOC(PROTECTED DESIGNATION OF ORIGIN) "Coteaux du Languedoc", it brings a strong taste, a bronze red dress and develops aromas of Morello cherry, raspberry, and black licorice.
Syrah
Syrah develops an exceptional character, a powerful nose or get involved according to the vintage wines of spices such as pepper, coriander, clove, in mouth we find flavours of red berries accompanied with notes of violet and with licorice. Tannins are present, ample, the wine is complex.
The Chardonnay
Chardonnay gives a wine of a big delicacy with a strong aromatic potential. It develops aromas of cinnamon, blackcurrant, honey, pepper.
